This policy explains what personal information Merzelo, operated by Nguyen Thi Hoa (“we”, “us”), collects when you visit or buy from rustivale.store, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number and the contents of your order. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.

Payment information. Card details are submitted directly to our payment processor, Stripe, and are handled under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment plus the card type, last four digits and expiry month. We never receive your full card number. Stripe may also use device and transaction data to help prevent fraud.

Information collected automatically. We record your IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you view, together with cookie identifiers.

To send marketing emails where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time

3. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the shop will not work correctly without the necessary ones.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, our email provider and our website host, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for 2 years.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email contact@rustivale.store and we will respond within 30 days. California residents may also request to know what personal information we collect and to have it deleted, and will not be discriminated against for doing so.

7. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, restrict access to order data, and rely on Stripe for payment processing. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version.
