Orders & shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, then delivered in 5–10 business days depending on the destination. Shipping is free on every order.

Which carriers do you use?
Orders ship with USPS, UPS or DHL. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 6 hours of purchase. Email contact@rustivale.store with the subject line CHANGE MY ORDER or CANCEL MY ORDER and include your full name and order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Are there duties on US orders?
No. Orders shipped within the United States carry no extra fees. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.

Products

What are the shirts made of?
100% woven polyester: lightweight, breathable and machine washable. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished shirt.

Which sizes are available?
S to 5XL on most designs. The options are shown on each product page.

Payment & returns

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Can I return an item?
Yes — within 15 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. See our Return & Refund Policy.
