These terms govern your use of rustivale.store and any purchase you make from Merzelo. By using this website or placing an order you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We sell Hawaiian-style shirts made of 100% woven polyester. We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can, but screens show colour differently, so the finished shirt may vary slightly in shade, and measurements may vary slightly from the listed size.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include free standard shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe as described in our Payment Policy. Price changes never affect an order already placed.

6. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, text and branding on this website belongs to Merzelo or is used under licence and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, not to introduce malicious code, and not to copy content systematically.

9. Third-party links

Links to other websites, such as carrier tracking pages, are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

10. Export restrictions and legal compliance

We do not sell or ship to countries, regions or persons subject to United States sanctions or embargoes. You are responsible for making sure that the import and use of our products complies with the laws of your country.

11. Promotions

Any promotion, including free shipping, applies only as described on the site at the time of your order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn without affecting orders already placed.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather or government restrictions.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
